FAQs

1. Where can I find Tía Erika’s?

You can find us every week at two farmers markets in Delaware—Thursdays between 4-7pm at the Northside Food & Culture Market in Haynes Park and on Saturdays from 9am-1pm at the Historic New Castle Farmers Market in New Castle, DE. Market. We also offer online ordering for our coffee beans and information on sourdough bread pickups.

2. Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee is sourced from small-scale farmers in Latin America—mainly Nicaragua and Colombia right now. We are working on Brazilian beans as well. Each bean is grown with care, harvested by hand, and roasted locally to highlight its unique flavor. We’re proud to support the people and traditions behind every cup.

3. When will your coffee trailer or café open?

Our coffee trailer is in the works and we’re aiming to have it up and running by the end of Summer 2025. We don’t have a storefront yet, but our mobile café will allow us to bring Tía Erika’s directly to you at markets, events, and pop-ups.

4. How can I get your sourdough bread?

We bake a small batch of sourdough each week and sell it at both our Delaware markets. You can pre-order and pick up from either location. To get on the list and stay in the loop, just sign up for our Bread List.
