Our Story, Our Flavors: A Fall Menu Rooted in Cultura

We’ve been over here trying to manifest fall—hoodies, crisp mornings, and all the cozy feels. And finally, the air is turning cooler, and those cravings for comfort are rolling in. At our microbakery, we’ve been busy dreaming up a fall menu that’s more than just seasonal—it’s a celebration of warmth, familia, and Latino culture, blending the flavors we grew up with and the ones that feel like home this time of year.

Every item is made with love, a nod to our roots, and ingredients you can feel good about. Consider this your sneak peek—the full menu drops next week!

The Drink Menu: A Sip of Fall

This season, we’re taking our drinks to the next level with two new signature lattes. As soon as our espresso machine is up and running in the trailer, you’ll be able to enjoy these cozy flavors hot—or iced over cold brew.

Coquito Pumpkin Spice Latte – A creamy, spiced twist on the classic PSL, inspired by the Puerto Rican holiday drink, Coquito. Think warm spices, a touch of coconut, and that nostalgic fall comfort—Latino style.

Caramel Apple Latte – Sweet, tart, and buttery—like a caramel apple fresh from the orchard. A little nostalgia in a cup, balanced with cozy caramel goodness.

Fresh from the Oven: The Bakery Menu

Our sourdough starter is the heart of our bakery, and this fall it’s carrying some exciting new flavors your way.

🍂 Pumpkin Spice Sourdough Loaf – Tangy sourdough meets classic fall spices. A cozy loaf for toasting, pairing with your favorite drink, or just eating warm with butter.

🥖 Chimichurri Focaccia – Bold, herby, and savory, inspired by the flavors of Argentina and Uruguay. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or soaking up soups and stews.

🥥 Tropical Pumpkin Spice Granola – Pumpkin spice with a tropical twist. Crunchy, flavorful, and unlike anything else out there.

🍩 Sourdough Churro Muffin – Soft, spiced, and dusted with cinnamon-sugar, inspired by a classic Latin American street treat.

And there’s more in the works—homemade jams with Latino flavors through a new local partnership, plus a small run of candles inspired by Tía Erika’s flavors and vibes so you can carry that warmth into your home. Stay tuned!

We can’t wait to share all of this with you. As always, we want to hear from you too—what flavors would you love to see next on our menu?
